Experienced Framing Carpenter
You know your way around a circular saw and can frame a wall without needing a diagram. We need someone who can lead smaller crews, spot problems early, and maintain quality standards. Must have 8+ years experience and valid credentials.

Organize schedules, track budgets, manage permits, and keep everyone communicating. You'll be the glue between office and field crews. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail required. Construction experience helpful but not mandatory.
